Roger Posted November 7, 2018 Report Posted November 7, 2018 If i attach a image to a login most of the times i can right click on it and choose either Save or Open. But, many times i can only Save and am not able to open the attached image. As you can see in the attached image in this forum post Save is the only option i have. I have not yet found a way to reproduce it to 100%. To solve it when it happens i must under the Primary section click on Attacements to sort out the items that have files attached. When i have done this, i get both options again, iow Save and Open. This works without flaws in Enpass 5.6.9.
Anshu kumar Posted November 11, 2018 Report Posted November 11, 2018 Hey @Roger Thanks for reporting this issue. We'll look into it. Thanks!
Caz Posted January 2, 2019 Report Posted January 2, 2019 I have the same issue, I see the exact thing you do. Nothing from Enpass yet?
Lewisl Posted June 15, 2020 Report Posted June 15, 2020 This problem is still not fixed on Mac. Cannot view or open an attached pdf. Save is the only option. Been over a year!
Garima Singh Posted June 16, 2020 Report Posted June 16, 2020 Hi @Lewisl We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. To view the attachments, please download it first and then only you can view it. Also, the suggestion to open/view the attachment without downloading or saving has been noted and forwarded to the development team. Thanks!
Gianni Posted June 20, 2020 Report Posted June 20, 2020 Same issue here. I repeat hereunder my yesterday's post: Windows 10 is my operating system on Desktop. iOS 13.5.1 on iPhone. Sync using Dropbox. PDF attachments don't open on the Desktop version, while they open on the iPhone. When I right-click on the attachment, only the Save option appears, not the Open option. (See picture attached.) What to do?
Pratyush Sharma Posted June 22, 2020 Report Posted June 22, 2020 Hi @Gianni, Thanks for writing in. We have already responded to your forum post. To prevent duplication of efforts, please revert on the same if you have any concerns. Thanks!
