Unable to set up sync with 6.0

Whenever I try to set up sync, instead of opening a browser to log in to the service (I’ve tried Dropbox, google drive, and iCloud), a pop up appears saying, “The sync with xxxx was canceled by the user.”

I already tried reinstalling, rebooting, etc.

Device is the Pocophone F1. Any help is appreciated.

I'm having a similar issue on the new version. When I attempt to setup sync with OneDrive, I receive the popup message: "Error - The sync with OneDrive was canceled by the user." In my case, I do get the standard notification that Enpass has opened a browser window. I authenticated via the browser, but it doesn't make a difference in Enpass; sync does not get setup.

I'm on a OnePlus 3T running Android 8.0.0.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi all,

Sorry for inconvenience. Firefox is not redirecting to Enpass app. To fix it please follow this FAQ.

@Ddk, iCloud page loads very slowly and sometimes refused to load on Android devices. It is a known issue for android browsers and can't be fixed from our side.

Thank

Hi @Vinod,

Are you sure the problem is with iCloud?

I managed to sync my iCloud Enpass 6 vault on my Nexus 5X (running Android 8.1), but I wasn't able to sync the same vault on Meizu Pro 6 (running FlymeOS 6.3.0.0G).

Looks to me, Enpass has problems with specific devices and OS's.
