lastpass Importing from LastPass - "Nothing to Import"

So I just purchased pro after a glowing review of Enpass that I read online.  I have been using LastPass for at least eight years but I like the fact that Enpass stores passwords locally (and via your own cloud services).

Well, I downloaded the CSV file from LastPass / export to my desktop.  I open Enpass and continue to import but get the error message "Nothing to Import".

 

I would greatly appreciate any help.

same problem and the same errormessage with Roboform V8.55 when importing. Bug in Enpass V6? Using Enpass-Windows-Store-Version.

Are you using the windows version? I have the same issue there. I can't import a windows exported file (version 4.x) into Enpass; neither on Win10 nor on MacOS.

Just save the html as .txt file and import it in V6. Even though it shows csv it will also import text files for lastpass @Duncan.K

Hi Vinod, when does the next update will be available? Can't import from 1P - nothing to import. Wether language is german or the export format is changed to csv

For me worked using the .txt version (although it said csv in the import window)...

I have successfully imported the complete vault from Lastpass several times.  The process that seems to work best for me is to do the following:

1. Export Vault from Lastpass
2. Select all text and save as plaintext file with ".csv" extension
3. Open file in Excel (or some other spreadsheet program, Google Docs, LibreOffice, etc.)
4. Save file as CSV file from inside the spreadsheet software
5. Import resulting file into Enpass using the Lastpass import type

Every time I have done this I got a complete import of all the data.

Tried these 5 steps.  I'm getting error "Something Went Wrong.  Error 9999" with never progress of ending blue circles.

First, please reinstall Enpass and check if the issue fixes. If the issue persists, please let us know.
