ajp776 Posted January 5, 2019 Report Share Posted January 5, 2019 I have been using Enpass for over a year and have synced with Google drive. I installed the app on my Galaxy S5 today, and paid for the full version. When I select "restore from google drive" I get an error message saying "Sorry, we could not find any Enpass data on this Google Drive account. My data is kept in My Drive > Enpass > Sync_default.walletx. I have tried turning sync on and off, and doing this several times. There is no option to find the file on my google drive account. Needed to switch Phones Pixel 2XL to Pixel 2XL ( screen malfunction would not allow me to sign into old phone) Once the new phone arrived I tried to access my enpass on Drive and got the same message.
