It takes a least around 15-20 seconds before the dialog pops ups System information: macOS 10.14.2, Enpass 6.0.2 (292), Safari browser, synchronization is done via iCloud Any clues why this is happening? Appreciate the help!
benson Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 At least you do have autofill. I alway have to choose the entry because Enpass pops up Version 6 is a total mess, is there a way to downgrade?
C__O Posted January 10, 2019 Report Posted January 10, 2019 When I want to fill in a login by activating the assistant (Safari on Mac, latest version), it often takes about 5 seconds until the assistant window appears. In the meantime, I do not get any visual feedback of my action, so I don't know if my action has been registered at all by the computer. Pretty confusing.

Can you please let me know are you facing this problem after the recent update. Also, please share some more info so that we can help you better. On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? Number of vaults and items in Enpass? Which cloud services are you using Enpass?
