eddieb Posted January 6, 2019 Report Posted January 6, 2019 Hi, latest enpass does not crash anymore on IOS 9.3.5 but now autofill does not work with safari. from enpass safari starts but no password ... Safari on IOS 9.3.5 does not have the password-autofill-option like the later IOS versions have ... Enpass browser is missing badly, that worked like a charm, so, still an unusable situation on older IOS devices.
Vinod Kumar Posted January 8, 2019 Report Posted January 8, 2019 @eddieb Next week update will bring Auto-fill for Safari in 9.3.
eddieb Posted January 8, 2019 Author Report Posted January 8, 2019 Tnx for this update, I am looking forward to this.
eddieb Posted January 15, 2019 Author Report Posted January 15, 2019 I just installed 6.0.2 on my iPad running IOS9.3 Still no autoflll, Enpass does not work with the safari on IOS9.3 This is getting anoying, pretty useless, upgrading killed my perfectly working iPad without any warning. after 2 weeks no solution ! If this is not fixed soon I need to consider some other password management system !
Vinod Kumar Posted January 15, 2019 Report Posted January 15, 2019 @eddieb This is not the update I was talking. It is a pending update from last week which landed due to App store review process delay. Update 6.0.3 has the fix.
firebowl Posted January 25, 2019 Report Posted January 25, 2019 When will 6.0.3 finally be available? Nothing really works at the moment. The MacOS version is also unusable. So you don't entice users away from 1Password
eddieb Posted January 25, 2019 Author Report Posted January 25, 2019 Just installed 6.0.3 STILL NOT WORKING on IOS9.3.5 !!! VERY disappointed !!
eddieb Posted January 29, 2019 Author Report Posted January 29, 2019 no response from support ? what happened to the promise that 6.0.3 would fix this ?
eddieb Posted February 4, 2019 Author Report Posted February 4, 2019 and ... enpass 6.0.4 STILL does NOT WORK on IOS 9.3.5 ... empty promisses BAD BAD BAD totally USESLESS
Anshu kumar Posted February 13, 2019 Report Posted February 13, 2019 Hey @eddieb , Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Our dev team is looking into this issue. Till then I request you to please bear with us.
eddieb Posted March 3, 2019 Author Report Posted March 3, 2019 in the meanwhile we are more than 2 months without a solution. Enpass forced us an update which made all of our older iPads usesless. WE PAID FOR ENPASS !!!!! Despite members of the Enpass Team telling us to wait, NOTHING VERY VERY BAD BAD BAD DO NOT USE ENPASS if you are using IOS devices running on IOS 9.3.5 !!!
Anshu kumar Posted March 4, 2019 Report Posted March 4, 2019 Hey @eddieb We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. An update of Enpass in iOS platform is already in the QA phase and hopefully beta will be available within a couple of days. Till then we request you to please bear with us.
margaret_madison Posted March 15, 2019 Report Posted March 15, 2019 Enpass forced us an update which made all of our older iPads usesless, it now works with IOS 10 or more, now we need latest ipad in order to run enpass again .
eddieb Posted March 22, 2019 Author Report Posted March 22, 2019 and again 3 weeks after the promiss that it is being worked on ... 3 MONTHS with this BAD product ... Time to switch to a serious software partner for our company
PWM_Seek Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 Now the 27th of March and version 6.0.6 has been released. But entering the password on Safari still does not work!I also think I should look for a reputable password manager who can handle iOS 9.3.5. 1
eddieb Posted April 1, 2019 Author Report Posted April 1, 2019 Must be a JOKE, promissing paying customers that it would be fixed after 6.0.1 ... 6.0.6 and 3 months later and STILL NOT WORKING ...
