Adrian Posted March 2, 2019 Report Share Posted March 2, 2019 Hi EnPass support, I have 2 MacBooks (personal and work) that both are connected to the same Apple iTunes account and both have EnPass installed on them. Both Enpass apps are synced via the same iCloud account. I purchased EnPass app via iTunes on the personal mac. I re-installed EnPass via iTunes > Purchased Apps on my work mac, synced back with iCloud and when I open it and go to Settings, it's asking to buy again the app. How can I fix this? Please follow these simple steps to restore the purchase on your OSX device. Open Enpass --> Settings --> Premium feature --> Restore --> And follow the instruction. Thanks!
