Please share some more info so that we can help you better. On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? While creating an item what problem are you facing? Have you changed the default location (The default data location is under theUser Document) of Enpass database? Thanks for your co-operation.

I have reset Enpass apps (Windows 10, Android 7.0), I have re-created the main vault... but the issue stills. Windows 10 Pro 1809 17763.316 Enpass 6.0.6 (314) Android 7.0 Enpass 6.0.6.200 The vault location is the default.
March 30, 20196 yr Author I've fixed the issue. It seems to be because Windows Defender's anti-malware protection prevented writing to the C: \ USERS \ folder. Turn Ransomware protection off
