Please make sure you are entering the correct password also type your master password in notepad and then copy/pasted it into the password field and let me know does it works? If your problem still persists, please provide some more details for further investigation. On which Windows device (Along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Android device and Android version are you using? Does master password do not work in both devices? Which Enpass version are you using on the devices? I've been using ENPASS for WINDOWS instead, but I need it in my ANDROID device too. Information: Windows 10 Huawei Android 6.0 In Windows 10 works, using 5.3.01, the lastest version crashes The last version with Android. No, I haven't changed the master password Not really happy lately with your aplication. Had problemas with both Android and Windows versions ...
