  3. Hi @hamadsaad, Welcome to the forums! Please have to look at this FAQ to know how to create multiple vaults. Please note that only one vault can be synced with one cloud account at a time. You can not sync multiple vaults with one cloud account. However, you can use multiple accounts of the same cloud, e.g., Dropbox to sync multiple vaults.   13. This is by far the best explanation I found while searching for this issue. Thank you @Pratyush Sharma and @Tahreem for explaining. @Tahreem I believe what @Natalie123 is trying to say is that currently we have to manually sync the passwords after opening the app on iOS. The ask is, probably a feature you can add to your pipeline, can you make the sync happen as soon as we unlock the app using either Touch ID or face unlock. In case the master password was changed then prompt the user to update the password but make it happen automatically. We shouldn’t have to go to Settings > Sync > Sync Now to update the new passwords. Because that’s an inconvenience for sure when you have to do it across multiple mobile devices. I have 6 with a mix of iOS and android and sometimes I don’t remember which have sync’d and which haven’t.

  15. Hi I have several vaults in my Enpass account. One of them is shared with my employees for company passwords, synced through our company's Google account. It is set on my account as a second vault, but on other computers in our company it is the main vault, and they all use the same password to login. I wanted to update the password for security reasons, but when I am prompted to enter the current password of the vault, I get an alert the password is incorrect. I assume maybe somebody in the company changed their primary password, and in effect it changed that of the vault itself on Google, but after asking everyone I did not find whom and what the password was changed to. How can I retrieve or update this password, without of course loosing all the very important data saved on our Google Enpass vault??
  16. I use Enpass on several platforms and I am a heavy user (I use it at least 20-50 times a day). On Windows 10 (latest Enpass from Store, latest patches installed) Enpass is crashing at least once a day - sometimes more often. Enpass- can you please spend some time and make this app stable? It is so annoying (really!) to restart the app all the time, especially if you're using a keyfile that you need to select each time the app starts (beceuase Enpass can not memorize the last used path for whatever reeason) and you have a long and complex passphrase to enter. Please, plase. Make the windows app as stable as the OS X or Linux version!

  18. Hi @Rivelino, Please follow the below-mentioned steps and let us know if the issue persists: Open BootRacer --> Goto Control Startup Programs --> make sure Enpass is checked/enabled in the Apps list. Hope this helps!

If your problem persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Are you using any proxy/firewall?

    Dropbox Sync Error

    Eighty percent of the time, when I try to sync, either manually, or through the auto sync, to my iOS devices through Dropbox, I get a failure message that says an error occurred. The error code is: 208056 Anyone know what this is? Thank you in advance for your help.

  24. This has bothered me since months, as I was one of the Beta users of Samsung's Android 10 update. Glad I am not alone here, and it indeed does not restrict itself to a certain browser or app. If I try to autofill via the notification icon it won't work, on some fileds in some apps there is a 'Fill with Enpass' option that then at least fills that respective field at times, but that is a handful of hundreds of failed autofills. So hoping you'll be able to fix it soon :) .

  27. Backup Frequency I want to schedule daily/weekly/monthly backups. Or tell us when "auto backup" decides to backup. Backup Limit/Retention Policy I want to limit/retain the auto-backups either by time or number. For example: A) Only keep X number of backups. B) Do not keep backups older than X months. C) Fancier policy: Daily Backup + Weekly Backup + Monthly Backup + Quarterly Backup + Annual Backup. Thank you.
  28. Hello, This would be a great time saver, if specified fields could be duplicated in edit mode. Further missing features: - while editing a field name or type in the fly-out window, the changes cannot be applied by pressing the enter button. - while editing field entries, the arrow-up or arrow-down keys cannot be used to send the cursor at the beginning or the end of the line. - while editing the password, no "select all"-keyboard shortcut can be used.
