  2. If it helps, from my end I work on a 2016 MacBook with a 12-inch screen (2304 x 1440) and that is plugged into a Dell SE2416H 23.8" Full HD (1920x1080) monitor. The resolution was completely wrong in the Dell monitor. However, the plot thickens. If I move a Chrome window to my MacBook screen and click reveal, the browser extension pop-up for Enpass, it renders properly. Now that my Chrome window is back on the Dell screen again, it is working again fine after moving it back and forth. So this seems to happen intermittently, when changing displays. I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago over a low-resolution projector (not sure of the resolution).

    Hi, I'm trying to sync my Android Enpass with my Google Drive, but each time when I do that she the error that password incorrect, tried to use multiple Google account, tried to use a special password to handle 2 steps verification - no results. Does anyone know how to fix it? Many thanks

  13. Hey @pineman, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. I would like to share that an option to enable Beta Updates for the desktop version of Enpass is only possible with the version downloaded from Enpass website, not from the App Store. Hope this helps!
  14. Hey @vivien, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. In v6 'Restore' option appears only in two scenarios: When the app is newly/freshly installed. Creating a new vault. (The app is already installed and contains database). Please have a look at our user manual to know how to restore the backup file. Hope this helps!
  15. Hey @Simon92 I'm sorry to hear that the problem has not resolved in the beta version of Enpass 6.1. Actually, we have tested this issue in our lab and were unable to reproduce. To investigate further on this issue please let me know: The screen resolution of both monitors. Are you facing this problem on Primary Monitor or secondary? Any specific scenario when this problem occurs like when you add a secondary monitor or any other scenario. Thanks for your co-operation.

  17. When I use either Mac desktop, synced by Dropbox, I get an alert that says there is a database conflict. I then need to manually merge the files and all syncs correctly - until the next time I add or edit a record. Help? I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Dropbox file with no change...
  18. Latest update seems to have fixed this issue! There is no pop-up bubble anymore, but at least filling with notification works as it should. Great guys, thank you!
  19. Guys, this is pretty crushing. Also having the same problem on Chrome, Safari and Firefox (all latest as of writing this), on MacOS 10.14.5. Your app is proving inconvenient at the moment. Tried reinstalling the extension here but the same thing is happening.
  20. Hi, I got an Error 403 in Chrome when using Enpass. I have the newest Extension and I have installed it from a legitimate source (Enpass website) Could anybody help?

  23. I purchased the Pro Version back in Dec of 2018 and for some reason when I click restore purchase from my macbook it says I have not purchased the pro version yet. How can I get this resolved?
  24. Like clockwork, my Enpass keeps reverting back to light mode, after I set it to dark mode. Not entirely sure when/why this happens, but at least once a week. It's been this way since day 1. Please fix this!

    Hey @Jim, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Can you please let me know what default browser have you set on your device? I would suggest you please set Chrome as your default browser (In case if you are running the other one) and then try to sync. Also, please let me know which Android device, Android version, and Enpass version are you using so that we can investigate further. Thanks for your co-operation.
