  2. Hi I reinstalled a fresh Mac os Mojave, removed the Enpass iCloud sync and removed the app also from the iPhone but I still have this in iCloud settings: 7adb8cc6tf.in.sinew.walletx in the Apps That Can Look You Up. How can I remove it completely? Thanks

  4. Is there a quicker way to restore multiple vaults when i'm switching Device (Android/IOS) ? More than 5 Vault would truly be a hassle, we have to create vault, connect to cloud, enter vault password and repeat. I found out for OSX, you can just copy this folder below /Users/username/Library/Containers/in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop/ I think you should create some kind of QR code creation on Android/IOS for the account info, so we can easily just scan the code Thank You

  6. You have to use the same account for iTunes /App Store. If the records are limited you're probably not doing that

  9. Dear Anshu, That is exactly Nigels point (and mine too). Enpass does not support UWP anymore, so how can the current UWP-Enpass app (5.5) use the new Enpass 6 database. Regards, Toine
  10. Hi @Pratyush Sharma Hey at least you have some form of manual actually manuals, and given the breadth of features of the application and the new ones that get added things are going to get missed now and again.
  11. With $30 you already have the license for all platforms. 10 for iOS, 10 for Android and 10 for Windows. Since they are lifetime and not restricted to the amount of devices (afaik), what more do you want?

  20. Hello @bogdanku, Please log-in to your Dropbox account on Safari browser. Once successfully logged-in, try syncing Enpass using Dropbox. If successfully authenticated, you'll be prompted on Dropbox to 'Allow access' to Enpass. Please let us know if this helps. If the issue persists, please drop a mail to support@enpass.io
  21. Hello @JonO, To resolve the sync error, please follow the below steps: Turn off the sync from all devices. Open OneDrive in any browser --> App --> Open Enpass Folder --> Select `vault.enpassdbsync file` --> Rename it as `oldvault.enpassdbsync`. Open Enpass on your device and enable sync with the OneDrive. Hope this helps!
  22. I would like to switch to Enpass however I really do dislike the licensing system. Purchasing for each platform seems really messy and I don't want to have to purchase the app 3 times for every platform I use especially with Windows 10 because I use a local account and don't want to sign in with a Microsoft account. Could a licensing system please be implemented, I would gladly pay £20-30 for a single license I can use across all my platforms. Or at least have a set amount of seats say for 5 devices.
  23. Am regularly getting error 515993 from Enpass on my Android phone (Honor 8). Can you let me know what that specific error code means, along with any option to resolve it?

  26. Password database migration is a long compticated and painfull process. Please add a support of KDBX database as additional type of storage.
  27. I just bought the Premium Windows desktop through the Microsoft Store for $11.99, but the main feature I was interested in does not work -- Windows Hello. I check the box in the Security settings, but it doesn't hold once I exit Enpass. It is Version 6.11.424.0.
