  2. Hello, I recognized that I can type foreign characters at the Master Password Field, such as Korean or Japanese characters. In the password field, as far as I know, foreign characters are not allowed and these kind of keyboards should work as an english keyboard. It is really cumbersome that I should change the language every time I need, at least I need an option. I think this is a new problem after version 6 according to the reviews there.
  3. I am using Edge Chrome on Windows 10 and the latest versions oft the Enpass extension and app. While the dock pops up ok, autofill doesn't seem to work, I have to manually copy/paste. I have checked all relevant options in Settings.

  6. Hi @Yoyi, Thanks for your message! Please note, the Enpass app is listed in the Microsoft store and since the Windows 10 supports all the apps listed in the Microsoft store, thus Enpass app can be used in the Surface X Pro. Please refer to the link for the same.

  8. How can I downgrade to Enpass 6.1? 6.2 is completely broken due to bugs and it does not appear you are planning to fix those bugs quickly. I need to use the old version.
  9. It happened again. I've been seeing this problem every few weeks for a while. Very frustrating. I opened a case and was asked to grab a bunch of different log files, which I can't recall. I got the thing working by deleting everything and reinstalling, but my patience is wearing thin. May be time to start looking for another product. Rebuilding every week or two is untenable.   11. I decided to upgrade to the Premium version of Enpass, but can't seem to find it in the Apple app store. Did it get removed? Is it being updated? How can I find it?
  12. Hello everybody. I‘m using the latest Enpass on Windows, Mac and iOS. I do have a login item which had a custom section “2FA”. Some time later I decided to get rid of the custom section and placed its existing subitems somewhere else. I saved the edited item. Now it’s getting strange: on Windows and Mac, the edited item shows up correctly. Even in edit mode. But on iOS the custom section “2FA” remains with all its subitems! More strange: when switching to the item’s edit mode (on iOS), the custom section disappears and everything shows up correctly. After re-editing and re-saving the problem remains. The vault is in sync. What else can I do? What’s the reason for that? -remo

  14. Hi! I have long been installed on the desktop Enpass 5.5.7. where I have been putting all the passwords for a long time. But I can’t synchronize with this old version the new versions of Enpass 6.2.0.245 mobile version and desktop version 6.2.0 (542) - how to solve this synchronization problem of the old version, where I have all the passwords stored?

  18. I am suffering from this problem as well. I have enpass 6.2.0 and running MacOS Mojave, 10.14.6. This is killing me, as I have to copy in passwords character by character, which sucks because all my passwords are over 25 characters long.
  19. I have had to reset my Windows 10 S Mode surface and I now cannot download and reinstall the store app. The download fails with an error 0x803FB005.

  21. Checking in to see if anyone has found a solution to this problem. Running into the same issue and makes it very difficult to work with code. Going to extensions in Chrome to change keyboard shortcut or under system preferences doesn't seem to allow us to change this. Am considering moving on to a different password manager if there isn't a fix.
  22. Hi, ive bought Enpass Pro on my iPhone but I am not able to activate Premium Features on my MAC. When I click on restore purchase it says i havent bought Pro. If i click on Buy, irt says that In-App-Purchases are not supported. Id like to use the touchID feature.. what can I do? Thanks, Richard
  23. I often open Enpass and it says there's a new version available, do I want to download? I say "no" because I'm on limited bandwidth and there's no indication of the size of the update. When I come back to Enpass later it doesn't say there's a new version available. I can find that I have 6.1.2, but I don't have a way of checking for "am I up to date?". So how do I know for sure? What is the current latest version? Thanks....
  24. Hello @Kashish I am currently reading the linked text. I am a little bit shocked because the explanation isn’t right. It is that much easy to collect the favicons. All the data is included in the head of the html output file of a request. For me that explanation in the text doesn’t make sense. - request to www.my-page.com - get the html source - look for the header and collect the favicon meta entries - follow the path/url - got the favicon I did this in the past multiple times. No problem. With the decision providing an own server you always have to pay and maintain an additional thing. You also have the whole traffic. I cannot understand this. Currently, the favicons are not embedded to the Enpass items. I prefer this. Maybe an optional and additional way. I like to see: - edit an entry - in the context menu to the image “fetch favicon” - embed the requested image to the entry I like Enpass and I appreciate the work of the team. Thanks. Regards.
