Paste no longer works when trying to paste into the Exclude/Include field for symbols when trying to generate a password. This use to work fine. For example, a website publishes what symbols are allowed in a password. I copy the allowed symbols from the website and then try to paste them into the Exclude/Include field and nothing happens. I verified there wasn't any carriage return in the copied text. I tried both Ctrl-C and right-clicking and selecting Paste. Neither worked. Can you please look into this. I am using Version 6.12.6 (2710) of the Windows Store app.

I recently split off and moved my son's password to his own vault that he can access from his phone. This was the first time that I played with "child" vaults from the Primary vault. After setting it up and using it for a few days, I would like to request two features: 1) Share entries between vaults - ability to share an entry in the Primary vault with a child vault. For example, I would like to share the entries for my streaming services to my son's vault. This feature should only allow modifications to the entry from the Primary vault. I am aware that I can copy the entries to the child vault, but if I update the entry up on the Primary vault, this doesn't update the entry in the child vault. 2) Lock child vault - ability to completely lock a vault on a device so that no changes can be done in the vault on that device. For example, I don't want my son to be able to change the passwords on his accounts. I want to be able to completely control his vault from my device. An alternate would be to lock individual fields in an entry, for example username, password, and one time codes.

@Amal wouldn't that cause it to not be monitored in the future? In my opinion, the warning for the item should reset once you change the password. You should also have an option where you can manually reset the warning, for example if you know you have already changed the password.

How do I get the breached website warning to reset for an entry? I have changed my password for the entry, but the breached website warning still appears.

I have a Windows Hello camera connected to a headless device running Windows 11 24H2. When initially configuring the device, I logged in locally and setup Windows Hello using the Windows Hello camera. I then enabled Windows Hello in EnPass and confirmed that Windows Hello unlocks EnPass (as long as I am connected locally). However, when I remote into this device using Remote Desktop (RDP), the Windows Hello option doesn't appear in the login screen for EnPass. My only option is to enter in the master password. In the RDP connection settings I have made sure that WebAuthn (Windows Hello or security keys) is enabled. Does EnPass support this scenario of using Windows Hello via an RDP session? If not, is this a feature that can be added?

Sorry forgot to mention I am on the Windows Store Enpass version 6.11.1 (1700) running in Windows 11 23H2 and using the Enpass extension in Microsoft Edge.

I recently was trying to create and add a passkey for a site that I had an existing entry in EnPass. Normally when I do this, it offers to add the key to the existing entry. However, recently I had a site where this wasn't occurring. It kept offering to create a new entry instead of offering to add to the existing entry. It turns out that the URL I had in the existing entry was just example.com instead of www.example.com. Once I added the www to the front of the URL, then it finally offered to add the passkey to the existing entry. In my opinion, if only the domain is in the URL field, it should offer to add a passkey to that entry even if it's from a subdomain. I imagine detection to offer a passkey to a site might also be based on this logic, although I have not tested and confirmed. Also, there should be a way to merge two entries. For example, once or twice (including this time) I accidentally created a new entry for a site when adding a passkey instead of adding to the existing entry. I should be able to merge the two entries so that the passkey is added to the entry that already existed.

When typing in the master password to log into EnPass, there is no View Password button to make sure that you are typing in the password correctly. When typing a long and complicated password on a touchscreen on a phone or tablet where errors are common, this makes it very frustrating since you can't check to make sure the password was typed in correctly. Yes, the digit typed in appears momentarily when you enter it in, but it then disappears after a second. This also is not the same as being able to see the WHOLE password typed in so far. This is mainly an issue when first configuring EnPass since after that I usually use biometrics, but it makes that initial setup very frustrating. I would like to request a feature to add a View Password button to the main Enpass log on window so that if desired you can view the password as you type it or once you have finished typing it to verify it is typed in correctly.

EnPass for Windows (Windows Store version) does not seem to have a built-in viewer for viewing attachments of basic file types including PDF, JPG, PNG, etc. I would like to request for this feature to be added similar to how the phone apps have them. This would mean I could just view the document within EnPass instead of having to download the attachment, find where the attachment was downloaded to, then opening the attachment to view in an external viewer.

Thank you for the reply @Manish Chokwal. I did a bit more testing and it appears that what is actually going on is that the Copy button for the password does not work at all. Instead, if you hit the copy button next to the password and then try to paste, whatever was in your clipboard before you initiated the password copy will be pasted instead. I am on Windows Store EnPass version 6.8.4 (1166). I have a video showing the issue but .mp4 files are not an allowed file type to attach here. Please let me know where I can send the video file.

I am using the Windows Store version of EnPass on Windows 11. As part of this I use the EnPass browser extension in Microsoft Edge. I have noticed that when I am at a site that I have to create a new entry into EnPass, when I do it through the browser extension and copy the password it generates via the copy button next to the password, it seems to copy the website URL instead of the password. This has caught me off guard a few times when the password that I just created and set for the site doesn't work (since it set the password as the website URL instead of the password EnPass generated). I can reproduce this issue repeatedly. I have learned to copy the password after creation from the app instead of from the browser extension. Can you please look into this issue and confirm if you can also reproduce on your end, and if so, file it as a bug that needs to be fixed? Thank you.
