The ability to have Enpass:

1. "Open Minimized at System Startup" I.e. Slider in Settings.

2. Prompt during initial setup after installation, that asked for Auto

Backups NOT be saved on local drive by default or a backup prompt stating a Backup

Reminder to a USB, external drive or partition etc. In the event of system

Failure, Virus Attack, Corrupted/Damaged HD etc, for recovery purposes.

#1 is already there but don´t work anymore for some unknown reason. I want it back as well. The setting can be found here: Settings > General > Run > Minimize app to system tray.

I have seen posts about it but no one from Enpass replies, so when/if it will be fixed is unsure.

This is extremely concerning, particularly given the number of staff available to provide customer support.

At a time when internet crime, identity theft, and cyber fraud are increasing at an alarming rate, and customers are constantly receiving warnings from banks, government agencies, and other organizations that their accounts are being targeted by foreign hackers and cybercriminals.

Password managers are promoted as one of the most secure methods of protecting sensitive information apart from and inclusive of 2FA etc.

However, when a provider fails to demonstrate the level of customer commitment and responsiveness expected during security-related matters, it raises serious concerns about customer protection and confidence.

Given the critical role these services play in safeguarding personal and financial information, a lack of timely support is difficult to understand and undermines trust in the very security solutions customers are encouraged to rely upon and a reason to look elsewhere!

I do hope for my continued patronage, an of others - Enpass & Co. take a more proactive approach to deal with this inadequacy to hopefully repair a viable recorse cocerning their current customer base and of course the future!
