Hi, (P.s. My English is not good, Thank you for your patience to read, sincerely.) I tried to sync Enpass data between OS X EI Captian(Version 10.11.6) and iOS(version 10.2.1) with iCloud, but it didn't work. The version of Enpass on my mac is 5.4.1(74)which I downloaded free from Appstore. I'd enabled Enpass to use iCloud service and synchronised manually to iCloud like the below images: I also enable the Enpass on my iPhone to use iCloud service, I choose the 'Restore my existing data' when I firstly opened Enpass and then tried to sync from iCloud, but responded like below: It can't work with iCloud. Could you help me to solve the problem…

Enpass had been syncing successfully with Google Drive, but I want to move off of that. I changed it to sync with my NextCloud. That worked for about a day. Then I noticed that the synchronizations stopped happening. Trying to sync manually failed. So I disconnected from the NextCloud and tried to set up the connection again. This did not work. When I type in the URL, username, password, and hit Connect, it just sits there doing nothing, claiming that it is connecting. Nothing happens. Hitting Cancel does nothing, so I have to hit the Close box of the dialog to dismiss it. I then reconnected to Google Drive. It can still talk to that, so I know that my fire…

Dear Guys, is it possible to choose another folder than Google Drive's root when I am using the iOS and Windows app? Because everytime when I put it into a subfolder of Google Drive's root, the cloud sync in the iOS app is broken. If I set up the cloud sync in the iOS app again, a new Enpass folder gets created in Google Drive's root. Kind regards from Germany, Alex

Right now, I have Enpass on two different Windows devices (and an Android device but let's leave that out for the moment). The keystore is backed up to Box automagically. Starting condition is that devices and keystore have the same Master Password. On device A, I change the Master Password, which changes it for the local A device and for the synced backup. On device B, I cannot sync unless I give the NEW sync Master Password (from A). However, once it is synced, the Master Password of the device B is still the old password from before. This is totally unintuitive and MUST be changed. If you went through the trouble of updating the Master Password on device B to sync…

Hi, Do you have experience with other (non owncloud) webdav servers. I am trying to configure Cpanel - Web Disk without success. Please share your configuration details. Thanks update: Android 5.4.8 version works fine with Cpanel - Web Disk - WebDav folders Linux Ubuntu 5.4.1 works fine Windows 5.4.1 and Portable 5.3 versions do not work - connecting for ages (tried with IP directly, it shows certificate issue, clicked on trust unsafe cert but still connecting ) Cpanel - Web Disk works on port 2078. Username is an email address. Could these cause the problem? Tested WebDav server with Cyberduck.io application on Win10. That works fin…

I have been using Enpass for a year or so now and have had excellent results with syncing against my personal Owncloud server. I am now interested in deploying Enpass at my workplace for those who wish to leverage a password manager. Obviously, my personal Owncloud instance is not suitable for this purpose. Our company uses Microsoft Office 365 and, as a consequence, OneDrive for Business. Unfortunately it appears that the OneDrive support within Enpass is for the personal version of OneDrive, not OneDrive for Business. Even more unfortunately, Microsoft appears to have disabled WebDAV on OneDrive for Business, so I can't work around this limitation that way. Ar…

Hi, I need your help. I want to sync my database with / on my Synology NAS but I don't get it. On the Synology I installed WebDAV like here: https://www.synology.com/en-global/knowledgebase/DSM/tutorial/File_Sharing/How_to_access_files_on_Synology_NAS_with_WebDAV On Enpass I use the path http://192.168.178.25:5005/Enpass/ and the user and password from my Synology-user. I don't get an error or something. It just didn't do anything (on Windows PC or Android). On Android I just see the rotating circle and on Windows PC just "connect" is shown. What's wrong? I didn't see any mistake. Thanks in advance.

Hello. Enpass cloud sync using OneDrive usually works very well for me. But this morning I experienced the problem of some changes made in the traditional Win32 desktop application not syncing to other devices (Windows tablet and Lumia 950). When I tried manual sync, the phone and tablet would fail repeatedly. "Last attempt" time updated, but "Last synchronized" date remained old. Then, I opened the Windows 10 UWP app on my PC, entered the same changes I had made in the Win32 app, manually sync'ed, then tried to sync the phone and tablet again--and they both worked! So, it appears the Win32 application causes problems with cloud sync in my case--although the cause …

  10. I'm running 5.3.0 on linux. Installed an internal nextcloud (the fork of owncloud) server. That server seems to work through its web interface. Tried to sync enpass with that server. Used the url: http://<my internal server>/nextcloud/remote.php/webdav/ with the right username and password. It says it is "connecting" incessantly. I noticed on a different thread reporting similar symptoms that appears to be an SSL problem. But I am not using SSL. How can I diagnose this? I should add that I can use a webdav client to access the above-referenced URL successfully. Adding to this post: I created a webdav server using apache2 (not nextcloud). I could s…

Hi! A great feature would be to implement wi-fi sync without using any cloud service. For example, when your phone is connected on the same wifi as your computer, they automatically sync their data. That would be perfect for people who don't trust cloud services and only want their files to be stored locally.

  13. I have four devices running Enpass: Two PCs with Windows 7, an Android tablet and an Android Smartphone. I had Cloud sync using Onedrive set up, but on both PCs I had the problem that the sync stopped working after a while. Even closing Enpass and starting it up fresh again didn't work, I had to disable cloud sync and re-enable it again. In this process I even lost an account because the changed password was overwritten by the old one from the cloud. I now changed from Onedrive to Google Drive but this morning found the same issue. Last sync: August 24, Last sync attempt: August 31. I'm running latest update on all devices. Having sync between my Android devices and …

  14. When synchronising to Google Drive, Encompass requests for the following permissions: 1. View and manage the files in your Google Drive (https://developers.google.com/resources/api-libraries/documentation/appsactivity/v1/java/latest/com/google/api/services/appsactivity/AppsactivityScopes.html#DRIVE) 2. View and manage Google Drive files and folders that you have opened or created with this app The permission I'm concerned about is request permissions #1 which, explained in Google's own words is: -Upload, download, update, and delete files in your Google Drive -Create, access, update, and delete native Google documents in your Google Drive -Manage files an…

On my main PC I am running Windows 10 (RTM) with Enpass 5.2.0 and, occasionally, I notice that the OneDrive sync seems to just stop working and when I go to check it is constantly synchronizing. If I disconnect the OneDrive sync and delete the Enpass folder from my OneDrive I am able to get the sync to work again normally.

  17. There seems to be a bug with sync to Google drive that affects both my Mac and my Linux machines. If Enpass is left running through a sleep cycle, sync doesn't function after a wake-up. Enpass must be quit and restarted for sync to function again.

  18. Hi there, I'm behind a corporative proxy and I can't sync my database to Google Drive or Dropbox. I can authenticate to these services all right but Enpass for desktop (linux) just keeps syncing forever. I guess it's not using my system-wide proxy settings and I can't find netwok settings inside the app. Is there a way I can solve it?

  19. Hello, I am having an issue because I want to share my OneDrive database with my family members. For my wife, under iOS, this is not an issue as when choosing "Existing database / OneDrive", the application ask anyway the account credentials so I just enter mine (my Microsoft account credentials) and it finds it and synchronize. But for my son, also sporting a Windows phone, the issue is that it looks directly in its OneDrive account, without asking me to enter the account credential (it picks up the account of the phone) and without anyway to change the account where to look. So I see no possibility how I could share the same database except using a 3…
