  1. I do not like the new font spacing, nor the spacing of everything in general! I like to see as much data as I can on my screen, and now I get at least 20% less! Please add a way to put the spacing back! Looking at the Sections from Left to Right: Categories / Tags Visible | Item List Count Visible | Item Details Visible | v6.11.20 31 Visible | 15 Visible (same) | 19 (5 SECTION TITLES) Visible | v6.12 25 Visible | 15 Visible (same) | 15 (5 SECTION TITLES) Visible | The top Information Bar is also WAY TO BIG! Attached are a screen shot comparisons taken using the exact same dimensions. v6.11.20 v6.12.0 So far, I'm not liking the "improvements" at all. In addition to the Spacing being Way TOO BIG, and all the special highlighting of every row on the Item Details when moving your mouse over them is very distracting, and having to click the hamburger (3 little) dots to choose "copy"...now it's 2 clicks instead of just one. I'm not sure why you guys are messing with the already great UI you already have!!! I'm sure all the "under the hood" things are great, but please leave the UI as it is! Please put it back!
  2. Please Add Option to have the NOTES FILED OPEN AUTOMATICALLY as with the previous Desktop App
  3. Hi, thanks! yes, like I said in the previous post, it's been partially fixed in 6.12.2: "The Notes fields stay expanded now, once expanded. They're still hidden after app relaunch though." Also, I'd like a QoL feature to disable the bright yellow color for the notes, it really is unnecessary, make it the same color as the rest of the window, the way it used to be. These are not "sticky notes", there is no reason for the notes field to be bright yellow. Both of the above are regressions of usability, it was fine before, there was no need to change these. Please consider fixing this also, thank you!
  4. Our technical team has already fixed the issue where custom section names are automatically capitalized on Windows. The fix is currently being prepared for release and will be included in an upcoming Enpass update.
  5. I like the the new theme, it catches up the design from the initial simple UWP design language, also making the UIs of Linux and Windows more similar (you ditched dark theme for classic theme on windows few years ago for some reason) I still agree with @bu11etpr00f on the unnecessary extra click for Copy, and the expand button for Note fields seems unneeded too. Good job that you allow Notes to get more space when windows is maximized though. (once expanded). I do miss the one-column view that you got rid of (now you can only have a two or three column view) I would like to be able to to hide the menu-bar, it clutters the nice ui and I never use it.
  6. Hi, after latest update to 6.12.1 (2420) Enpass always launches in a standard window and asks for a password. I'm having the same problem on my Windows machines. Robert
  7. Any news on this topic when it will be available?
  8. When I start Windows, Enpass 6.12.0 (2238) opens in my face on the desktop. Can I make it open discreetly minimized to the system tray like older versions did?
  9. Do we have an ETA on the fix for minimize at autostart ignore? I haven't witnessed the other "shot pw" bug myself.
  10. Thank you for the update. The Notes fields stay expanded now, once expanded. They're still hidden after app relaunch though. I still hope you'll add an option to change the notes color back to the way it was before: the same as the rest of the window. This bright yellow really is overdone and serves no purpose. Thank you.
  11. Hey Enpass community! We’ve got something exciting to share - Enpass is getting a fresh new look, now more consistent with the Windows 11 experience. Plus, Enpass for Windows is now a native 64-bit and ARM64 app, bringing faster performance and improved memory usage. Everything you know and rely on works exactly the same, it just looks and feels a whole lot better. This is also just the beginning—Enpass for Mac with the all-new look lands in the next few days too! Here’s what’s new: A more modern visual refresh across the entire app Cleaner layouts and improved spacing throughout Refined icons, buttons, and text that feel sharper and more modern Every part of the app has been revamped- the sidebar, your item lists, item details, autofill, sharing, password generator, lock screen, and more Redesigned Settings More spacious and easier to read, so finding what you need is much more convenient. Everyday tasks feel smoother Things like adding items and importing data now take fewer steps. Get things done faster and more efficiently. And the most important part: it’s still the same Enpass you know and love. All your data and all your passwords remain secure and under the hood. We’ve just made everything nicer to look at and easier to use. Thanks for being a part of the Enpass community - you’re the reason we keep making it better. Check out the Beta version here and try out the new Enpass today. Note for Beta Testers Your data and settings will carry over automatically. Once updated, please take a moment to check that your vaults, items, and preferences are all in place. If you run into any issues, reach out to us at support@enpass.io. -The Enpass Team
  12. Ah – THANKS for that. 👍 Found it. However, when I enable the disable option, console throws an error: "Domain is not allowed" and I am not able to save the setting. What's next? Never mind – I found that we were allowing users to activate Enpass from gmail.com addresses. After removing gmail.com as a permitted activation domain, I could make and save the change you suggested. Thanks!
  13. For Enpass Business users, please ask your organization Admin to follow the steps below: Log in to the Enpass Admin Console Navigate to Policies → Advanced Enable (check) the option: “Disable passkey creation and sign-in” Save the changes. Once this policy is enabled, Enpass will no longer prompt for passkey creation or sign-in, while all other secure credential storage features will continue to work normally.
  14. Which bug have you fixed? The "show password" bug, or the "start minimized" bug?
  15. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for supporting Enpass. We understand your concern about Linux updates coming later than Windows and macOS. We have passed your feedback to our team.
  16. The issue has been resolved in the latest version of the Enpass app. Please update to the newest version and verify if everything works as expected.
  17. Subject: Regressing usability: Fixed fields, wasted space, and broken search in v6.12 Hi Enpass Team, I need to express my deep frustration with the recent v6.12 UI refresh. The update is a massive step backward in usability for several reasons: Locked Customization: Preventing users from customizing, renaming, or freely moving standard fields above "Personal Data" ruins the flexibility that made Enpass great. Previously, I could fully customize my layouts (e.g., changing generic titles like "Security Question"). Forcing users into a rigid template structure is unacceptable. Wasted Screen Space & Bad UX: The new font and row spacing is way too big, resulting in significantly less information visible on the screen. The new row hover highlights are visually distracting. Furthermore, basic actions are now more complicated, such as requiring two clicks via a three-dot menu to copy a password instead of just one. Broken Search: The search functionality in v6.12 has become completely unreliable, often failing to find data that is clearly present in the vault upon manual inspection. As an early adopter who backed Enpass from the very beginning with a Pro Lifetime License, it hurts to see the software moving in this direction. We supported this project years ago precisely because of its high flexibility and efficiency. Destroying these core features now feels like a betrayal of your most loyal long-term users. This lifetime license is the only reason I am not switching to a competitor immediately. Because v6.12 is essentially unusable for my workflow, I have completely uninstalled it and downgraded back to version 6.11.21. Please do not ignore the feedback of the people who helped build your foundation. Restore the full customizability of all fields, fix the search, and provide options for compact spacing. I will remain on the old version until the previous behavior is restored.

  21. You can download your desired version using the URL below, replacing VERSION with the chosen version number: https://dl.enpass.io/stable/windows/setup/VERSION/Enpass-setup.exe To check the available versions, visit the release notes: https://www.enpass.io/release-notes/windows-pc/ Example: to download version 6.11.21 (2311), the URL will be: https://dl.enpass.io/stable/windows/setup/6.11.21.2311/Enpass-setup.exe
  22. Both 1Password and Bitwarden support generating/saving SSH keys, allowing subsequent SSH login via SSH Agent with private key verification. It would be even better if Enpass could also support this feature.
  23. This has to be a joke right? You know about this request for almost 5 years and its still under review?!
  24. Hi @JFS We have fixed this concern reported by you. Kindly update your Enpass app and Extension and share your findings with us.
