Not able to restore on encrypted ubuntu

I've recently installed Ubuntu 19.04 on my laptop with UEFI/SecureBoot and disk encryption enabled. 

when i tried to restore my vault from my cloud drive, it doesn't accept my masterpassword. after some research I found this:

Is there an option to restore the vault with while keeping my disk encrypted?
