OneDrive sync non-functional when 2FA is enabled.

Featured Replies

Enpass sync using OneDrive has stopped working since I enabled 2-factor authentication on my Microsoft account. I use Enpass (Desktop) on two Windows 10 PCs in addition to Enpass for iOS.

I have tried reinstalling the desktop app, erasing all data, manually deleting Enpass registry key etc.  but no luck.

Any ideas please?

Many thanks.

Hi @Vapour Trail

Oops! That's very strange. Generally, Enpass sync works fine even if 2FA is enabled. To get a better understanding of this issue, please let me know:

  • While syncing, what error or message or code are you getting?
  • Which Enpass version are you using on each device?
  • Have you enabled 2FA via authenticator app or via phone?

Thanks for your patience.
