When I visit a page that requires login, i click the enpass icon's browser extension and it gives me the recommended item, then I double click it to have my credentials filled for me. I'd suggest that the password item(s) show up as a single clickable items that can be activated by only a single click rather than a double click as it is currently implemented.

Sorry to say, but we can't, because on single click the extension selects that item for further actions to be taken by clicking on ⓘ icon. However, you can use assigned shortcut keys to autofill if there is only a single item in keychain for the matching website .
