Hi! I just installed the enpass app on my android device and upgraded to the pro version. In the (windows) desktop app, I entered over 80 entries, categoried by 9 folder names. In the android app, even after several synchronisations, it only displays 26 entries (when I tab on "all objects") and only 3 folders (when I tab on "folders"). There are a lot of entries missing. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

For quick troubleshooting please disconnect sync from both of your devices and reconnect again. Make sure you are using same Cloud account on both devices and date and time settings is set to automatic on both of the devices. 

If your problem still persist, please let us know the following so that we can help you better:

• On which devices (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
• Which Enpass version are you using on the devices?
• Which cloud sync are you using?
• Does the last synced and last attempted time get updated on the sync page?

Thanks a lot, the quick troubleshooting worked. After I disconnected and reconnected again everything was there!
