February 20, 20206 yr I'm using Android 9, Enpass v 6.3.4.298 After input new login enpass asks me to save. But it just save an empty entry, no password or username. I have to fill it myselft. After that I use autofill to login again. But Enpass just fill in my password but not my username (a phone number). I went to adjust the field username to phone number, numeric but no thing happen. It just fills in the password. Can anyone help me with this?
February 20, 20206 yr @trongtch, Could you please share some details such as the device name and version and also list the website URL or the app in which you encountered the issue so that we can check this further.
February 20, 20206 yr Author I'm using Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), with lastest Samsung's updates. The app is ViettelPay, My VNPT, My Viettel. I also use LastPass to check and when save login with LastPass it saved my password but not my username. But after I update the info and the next time LastPass fills in both my password and username.
