Can't upgrade to Professional Editon
Product: Enpass Version: 5.5.6 System: Android 7.0 Device Name: MI 5 Locale: zh_CN ------------------------ 
Hello. I'm one of the user of Enpass. 
And I want to upgrade the software to the professional edition in Android. 
But when I press the "upgrade" button, it was nothing happen, no message, no payment page. I have try many times, always that. 
Yesterday I sent an email to the support, you called me would give a personal response in 24 hours. But nothing.

Sorry for the delayed response (due to the weekends).:)

This is a known issue and occurring in most of the MI phones and might be resolved when they update the Play Store. Meanwhile, please try purchasing an In-App purchase for any other app/game and let us know if the problem surfaces there too.
