Hi

I have a problem since few days. I have Windows 10 and two browser Chrome and FireFox. When I start OS or it not use for some time (ex. 2h) and I want to login to new website and add login info in Enpass but window extention doesn't appear.

So what I did. I cleared all cache i browsers, ulocked  Enpass application, logged on new website, window externtion didn't appear. 
So I clicked extention icon in browser and after that window appeared.

Some could explain to me what's going on??

Sometimes rebooting the device might help with this issue, we suggest you to please try rebooting your device if you haven't tried it yet. If the problem persists, try re-installing the extension from here and then enable it using this link.

If the problem still persists, please let us know the following so that we can help you better.

• Are you facing the same problem with every browsers?
• Which Enpass and Enpass extension version are you using?
• Are you using any Antivirus or third-party security-related extension?
