PC Financial not working

PC Financial not working

Website: https://www.txn.banking.pcfinancial.ca/ebm-resources/public/client/web/index.html#/signon

OS: Windows 7

Browser: Chrome Version 60.0.3112.113

chrome extension: Enpass Password Manager 5.4.3

Enpass version: 5.5.8

Enpass does not ask me to save the username/password for this site.

If I manually save my card number and password in the Enpass desktop program and then use the chrome extension to autofill that information into the PC Financial website, I get a wrong username/password error.  However, if I open the Enpass desktop program and go to edit mode for the PC Financial entry I made manually, then I can manually copy and paste the username/password to the site and the login is successful.

Hey @alan.kuurstra@gmail.com

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing. Please disable Auto Submit from Enpass settings and try to auto fill, then click the login button manually and let us know if the problem persists.

Awaiting your response.

I found the problem.  The website automatically truncated the password to 12 characters.  It did this when I created the password and any time I manually entered the password or copied the password into the form.  However, when using the autofill from enpass, the website does not truncate the password causing an incorrect password error.  I truncated the password in enpass and now can login successfully.
