no matter how many times i re-install it asks for a password

How are you today?

I have been re-installed about 5 times todays and it asks for a master passwords and there is no menu.

What am I doing wrong?

You are facing this problem because when you uninstalled Enpass it won't auto delete the database which is located in User Document folder. To start a new keychain please follow these steps:

  • Quit Enpass (If running).
  • Go to User Document Folder --> Select Enpass Folder --> Delete it.
  • Now open Enpass it will prompt you a Welcome screen.
