Macbook Pro Touch-ID: Why do I have to click with the mouse before using touch-ID :?)

Featured Replies

Hi

Touch-ID is designet to be fast and smart, but thats gone if you first have to use the mouse before being able to us the Touch-ID, other Password Managers like Keychain or Bitwarden go directily to the Touch-ID-interface when you start the program.

Sincerely,

Hi,

I'm using 6.5.0 (700) (latest update, says the AppStore), but I still have to click to activate Toucd-ID every time. Bug?

Regards, Heiko

Hey @john_j

Thanks for the patience.

We've released an updated store version of Enpass(v6.5.2) in which the issue fixed. Could you please update the app to the latest version from the store and let us know if you're still encountering the same issue with the app? Thanks.

Hi Garima,

thanks for your attention. I've updated to 6.5.2 (726), but it is still the same situation: I have to click to activate Touch-ID every time

Regards from Germany,

Heiko
