Can't Autofill cPanel

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've just switched to Enpass and have been having some trouble getting the browser extension to autofill cPanel logins. I've got a couple of web hosts so have tried it with both and they just aren't auto-filling or offering to save (I deleted and re-tried). Not sure if it's an issue with cPanel or Enpass.

I've tried on Chrome 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (64-bit) and also on Firefox 81.0.1 (64-bit) and it's the same problem on both.

I'm running this on Windows 10 and have Enpass 6.5.0 (700) installed.

Hey @cometlizard

Thanks for reporting this. While we are looking into the problem with auto-fill, you might want to try and update Enpass to the latest version on your system and check if the auto-fill works.

Thanks.

Hello,

I'm facing the same issue and I can "recover" it doing a rollback.

I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 Linux and I've downgraded the Brave Browser (Chromium based) Extension to 6.4 with a CRX... but it keeps updating me the extensions, so I need to remove the extension and re-install the another one... that's a shame.

Can you please check your "changelog" between those two versions and look for a fix?

Thank you very much.

Regards
