November 14, 20205 yr Hello, I'm new here, so this is my first problem with Enpass, but really I don't understand the problem. I use different equipment like iPhone from my wife or my iPad, on every IOS equipment the sync with my Synology NAS with WebDAV runs always. So the new problems comes with my mobile phone Samsung S20. Since a few days the mobile has no longer connect to the Synology NAS. I get always the same error message. No valid password, or username. But at the IOS equipment runs everything Maybe it comes from an Android update. Does anybody have the same problem and a solution for this. Thanks in advance Steve

To proceed with the troubleshooting, please share the following details: Which Enpass version are you using on the Android device? Did you start facing this issue recently - like after an Enpass update or did you face the same problem earlier as well? Is it possible for you to share a demo account of your WebDAV server via PM or via mail on support@enpass.io, so we can set up the sync at our end and check for issues?
