November 24, 20205 yr Dear all, upon trying to sync with my existing OneDrive backup from the desktop application 6.0.4 (268), I receive the error message "Something went wrong while syncing to OneDrive. Error code: 504035". Until c. 2 days ago, this was not the case. AppvnI already tried resetting the sync and resetting the sync including deletion of the backup on OneDrive. November 25, 20205 yr Hi @MadisonWyatt, Sorry for the inconvenience. This error means an unauthorized access error from OneDrive. Somehow authorization token for OneDrive is revoked. Are you changing/adjusting your system time manually? Is it happening on your other devices too? A quick fix is to disconnect and sync again. Thanks.

March 2, 20215 yr Hi @Camr, Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know If you had recently changed the password of your OneDrive account? If yes, then please follow these steps: Open your default browser and sign-in with OneDrive using the current password. Now open Enpass and sync again with the OneDrive. If this doesn't help, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Thanks for your co-operation.
