I have have multiple vaults but why can't I move or add an item to a different vault to the one that I am in?

Welcome to the forum!

To move/add an item in another vault, make sure you have selected the particular vault in which the item is. Now right click on the item and you will get an option 'Add to vault', select the vault in which you wish to move the item. You can also refer this link.
