Hi

I am a Mac user (OS 10,13), with an Android phone. I just bought an Enpass license, and imported my database from 1Password.

I am having problems in opening attachments (all of them in pdf format). I go to the Item, find the attachment, put the mouse cursor over the three little dots at the right but only the "Download" option appears. If I download the item to desktop, I cam't open the downloaded PDF file because it says it is a "damaged file". Any idea? thank you very much!!!

Welcome to the Enpass Forum. 

Importing data in a pdf format is not supported at the moment. However, I would suggest you go through the user manual as it has all the information regarding data import file formats along with the steps. If it you are still facing any problems, let us know the Enpass version and 1Password version with which you created the export file.
