With 1Password I use to have dropbox maintain a local copy.  I would have my vault connect to the local drop box folder (which synced to the cloud) which would therefor be synced across all my device with dropbox and a local copy of the folder.  Will Enpass also function this way, or must I provide direct access to the cloud account.

Enpass data can be synced across all your devices without sending any data to the Enpass server. To set up synchronization, you will need to enter your cloud account credentials for Enpass to access and store encrypted data in your cloud account. Please refer to this link for more information.
