January 24Jan 24 Hi Enpass team/community, I’m having an issue where Enpass cannot connect to my pCloud WebDAV endpoint. This happens on both Windows and iOS. What’s confusing is that pCloud and my network seem to be fine: I can access pCloud normally (web/app). I can also use the same WebDAV credentials and endpoint successfully in other WebDAV clients. Only Enpass reports a network-related error (something like “network problem” / unable to connect). This has happened before as well, and last time it eventually started working again without me changing anything, so I’m not sure what triggers it. What I’ve tried: Verified the WebDAV URL/credentials are correct (works in other apps). Switched networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data) on iOS. Re-tested from a stable network on Windows. pCloud WebDAV service is reachable and responsive.
January 24Jan 24 Author Also, since there’s no visible option to enable logging and no indication of where the log files are stored, I’m unable to troubleshoot or collect useful diagnostics on my side.
