July 19, 20187 yr Enpass is working perfectly in Firefox, but in MS Edge it's not doing anything. Nothing happens when I click on the symbol. The enpass desktop App is running in the background, and extensions are enabled in the settings. What can I do?

I would like to share that we have received some feedback from user's that after updating the OS, Edge extension stopped working. It would be great if you can share some more info so that we can investigate further. Have you recently updated the OS? Which OS and Enpass version are you using? Are you using any Antivirus or third-party security-related extension? For Testing Purpose: Could you please try re-installing the app and check if it works? NOTE: Before uninstalling the app please make sure you got the backup of Enpass data. Thanks for your co-operation.
July 20, 20187 yr Author Hello! There weren't any major Windows updates recently, but Windows is constantly installing updates in the background, so what do I know... I'm running Enpass version 5.6.19 (5548) and Windows 10 Home, Version 1803, build 17134.165. I don't have any additional antivirus software installed. I re-installed the extension. It worked once. After that it worked a second time, but it did not recognize which password to chose, so it showed me a list of the passwords I used recently. And after that it stopped working alltogether, so nothing happens when I click on it.Then I re-installed the Enpass Client as well. After that it worked once, before it stopped working again.

July 30, 20187 yr Same here: Clicking on Enpass Icon in Edge open new tab: Quote Enpass Connection Error Please start Enpass desktop app and make sure you have checked "Enable Browser Extension" in Enpass Preferences, before using Enpass Browser Extension. Enpass Edge App: 5.5.2 Enpass Windows 5.6.19 (5548) (traditional 32bit bridged Version) Windows 10 Home 32-bit Version 1803 Built 17134.191 Browser Extension enabled in Enpass Already tried reinstall
