Could you please try re-installing the app if you haven't tried it yet and check if it works? If the problem persists, please share the below details so that we can investigate further. The running antivirus is the default antivirus of Windows 10 Pro, Windows Defender Antivirus part of Windows Defender Security Center. The strange thing is the location of Enpass6/Crashes ... C:\Users\[UserAccount]\AppData\Roaming\Sinew Software Systems Pvt Ltd\Enpass6\Crashes I find a __MACOSX folder in ..\Enpass6 Question ... how can I share the dump file with you?
