I am using WebDAV to syncronize my database between different devices (Windows 10, Android) and it is working perfectly. But I need to change my password on a regular basis. Is it possible to change the password for WebDAV sync or do I need to delete and recreate the sync?

As far as I understood you changed the password of the WebDAV, not the Enpass database. If yes then, please disconnect the sync on the all devices and re-connect it again.
