I  tried too sign in with my password but was locked out . I have windows 10 and it was a  free download. Any help appreciated.  Thanks Carol

Hey @xoqtox1960,

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

Please make sure you're typing the correct master password, you can try typing your master password in notepad and copy/paste it into the password field. Also, please have a look at the page listing troubleshooting steps for the master password not working.

    Is there a way to change the master password in Windows 10.  I don't have the passwords  in Enpass any place else.

    I try sending sites but, when I hit submit a window pops up ERROR??  I have the two site but this will not let me sent them
