October 31, 20187 yr I can no longer login to enpass using my iPhone Touch. Is this not an Enpass issue or should I contact Apple?
November 1, 20187 yr Hey @Richjjb Sorry for the trouble you are going through. I would suggest you please try unlocking Enpass with the master password after that go to the Enpass security setting and re-enable Touch ID. Hope this helps!
November 3, 20187 yr Author Thanks for responding to my question. Turns out I was able to contact the Apple Store and they walked me through it. However, it takes some trick to get into security. At the top left of enpass there are three horizontal lines (probably have a name). Click on them and then select the gear (tools I suspect) and lo and behold there is security from there on it's pretty clear just select Touch ID and I'm up and running. Not too clear for a novice like me to find security. Again thanks for responding. It now works!
