Enpass aborts when importing a B-Folders csv

I am a B-FOLDERS user who is considering a switch.

I exported from B-FOLDERS using its csv export feature.

When I imported and selected the B-FOLDERS csv type, the program immediately aborted without any error message.

Similarly, when I tried importing the same file using the Windows version, Enpass completely froze up.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please provide some more details for further investigation like OS version, Enpass version, B-Folder version and default language of B-Folder.

Os is Ubuntu 16.04

Bfolders version 5

Enpass version is latest (10/3/16)

 

Also win version of Enpass on windows 7 with current patches goes completely unresponsive when trying to import same Bfolders csv
