February 15, 20197 yr Hi, since the update to 6.0 (Beta and now Release) I have a strange bug where some of my logins are listed twice, but only in the browser extension. The duplicate is also empty, without any usernames or passwords. I have double-checked and there is no duplicate in the Enpass app. I also have not found any pattern as to which sites have this duplication error. Any ideas or solutions? March 7, 20197 yr Hey @Ashbert , We have tested this issue in our lab and were unable to reproduce it. To investigate further on this issue we want a little input from your side so please let me know: On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? Are you using the same database on other devices? If yes, please share the device name and it's OS version? Which cloud services are you using to syncing the vault having these items? How many vaults do you have in Enpass? Did you move these items from one vault to others? Have you created these items in Enpass 5 or any previous one? Have you moved these items to Trash/Archive folder and lately restore it again? Do these items displayed in the main app when you select 'All items' in the sidebar? Thanks for your co-operation.
June 10, 20196 yr After the latest update: macOS for High Sierra 10.13.6 Enpass 6.1.0 (390) After update to the new app the application reset all preferences and recognized the enpass db @ icloud as separate to the local db and merged both now I have over 500 duplicates! Can you let us know if there is a method for removing dups.. thank you.
