Under Windows 10 Desktop it would be nice to rearrange the field order of the entry. Actually new fields where added only bevor teh NOTE field.

But if you're talking about the same feautre in Enpass UWP app, then it's already in our road-map and you will get it soon.

it's in the new version a little different and you have to first on "Field" and then on "Reorder Fields", but then you can order it as you want it.
