I can't install on my Samsung Galaxy note 8, OS android 9 Pie because of "Incompatible with all of your devices".

Please advise me.

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

Can you please let me know when you search Enpass in Google Play Store in your Samsung mobile is it visible? If yes, please navigate to Apps or App Manager. Then scroll down and find Google Play Store --> Select this, and tap Clear Cache or Data as shown below and then try again.

No it is not visible on the Google play store, why I can't see?

How to fix this issue. I will use the enpass app on my work pc or on mobile phone to login access apps, but there is limited to 20 items to store.
