I use ENPASS for ANDROID and WINDOWS sync with DROPBOX

When I type the master password the app just asks the password again.

So I lost access to the passwords

Sorry to hear about your trouble. Please make sure you are entering the correct password also type your master password in notepad and then copy/pasted it into the password field and let me know does it works? 

If your problem still persists, please provide some more details for further investigation.

• On which Windows device (Along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
• Which Android device and Android version are you using?
•  Does master password do not work in both devices?
• Which Enpass version are you using on the devices?
• Have you recently changed your master password?

Sorry about not repliying before.

The problem still persists. I've been using ENPASS for WINDOWS instead, but I need it in my ANDROID device too. 

Information:

• Windows 10
• Huawei Android 6.0
• In Windows 10 works, using 5.3.01, the lastest version crashes
• The last version with Android.
• No, I haven't changed the master password

 

Not really happy lately with your aplication. Had problemas with both Android and Windows versions ...
