Cloud Sync

I’m done with you clowns. You deleted functionality that users weee dependent on. Remove a working and realistic method of multiple vaults and instead expect users to set up redundant cloud sharing accounts. How about instead of window dressing bug fixes you restore functionality for the people that you cut off from their vaults. 28 days and I now have 6 divergent vaults on Box and no means of effectively merging these in the event you ever restore the functionality that you robbed us of. Robbery being a fair description for taking money for features that you then scrapped without warning leaving users with orphaned data.

Lost the sync with my WebDav folder (mailbox.org) on my smartphone (Android: Version 6.4.4.353) and computer (Windows 10: 6.4.2 (662)). Now, for some inexplicable reason, I can't connect them anymore. Error message: "Could not connect to the specified WebDav folder. Check your username and password." But username and passwort are correct. I have also not changed any settings and folder structures. I don't know why this suddenly stopped working.

Hi all, after updating to v6.0 I get the following error message: Enpass is running on Windows 10 Enterprise, Enpass is the latest available version on MS Store v6. For sync I use owncloud v10.0.10 with Let's encrypt certificate. Additional Information: Enpass seems to have access to the owncloud server. I can see a folder "Enpass" created, containing a file "*.enpassattach" So far I tried: un- and re-installing Enpass restarting windows dis- and re-connect to owncloud Many Thanks in advance!

Hello, I'm evaluating to purchase pro version of enpass, but it doesn't sync data on iCloud between my iPad and iPhone. Could anyone help me? Thank you

I'm running 5.3.0 on linux. Installed an internal nextcloud (the fork of owncloud) server. That server seems to work through its web interface. Tried to sync enpass with that server. Used the url: http://<my internal server>/nextcloud/remote.php/webdav/ with the right username and password. It says it is "connecting" incessantly. I noticed on a different thread reporting similar symptoms that appears to be an SSL problem. But I am not using SSL. How can I diagnose this? I have a premium Enpass account on Windows and Android. My wife has a premium Enpass account on IOS. I would like to access her account on my Windows computer. It appears my Windows computer's Enpass app is strictly to access my own account. Is there a way for me to accesss my wife's account via my browser? If not, how can I accomplish the ability to access both accounts from my Windows computer? Don

Hi, I'm using the PC Desktop Version 6.3.3 (596) on a Windows PC with Windows 10 Pro Version 1909. Since one week I cannot sync anymore with Google Drive. I Always get an error 407978. I already - reconnected to google drive - deleted the .sync folder - reinstalled the app nothing worked! Would be great to receive some help.

Hello, After the upgrade I had to reconfigure my webdav sync (using Nextcloud). Sadly this resulted in an error on both my windows and android client. I made sure that Enpass had a clean Nexctloud environment to setup the sync: the old Enpass 5 folder has been moved to a backup location. I can see that a new Enpass folder gets created, but it stays empty. So at least they seem to be connecting and can create the Enpass directory, but nothing else? I have four devices running Enpass: Two PCs with Windows 7, an Android tablet and an Android Smartphone. I had Cloud sync using Onedrive set up, but on both PCs I had the problem that the sync stopped working after a while. Even closing Enpass and starting it up fresh again didn't work, I had to disable cloud sync and re-enable it again. In this process I even lost an account because the changed password was overwritten by the old one from the cloud. I now changed from Onedrive to Google Drive but this morning found the same issue. A similar error has already been reported (here), but this is a defferent problem. Tested on Android 8.0. After selecting OneDrive from the "Sync With" drop down menu, Enpass briefly shows an "Authenticating" pop-up, Firefox is automatically opened and directed the the Microsoft website, and then Enpass shows this error message: The sync with OneDrive was canceled by the user. I can only click "OK". The "Sync With" drop down is reverted to "None". This worked fine in 5.x FYI: My device is rooted and the default browser is Firefox. Chrome is not installed on my device.

Dear all I have a problem syncing enpass between my laptop (Windows 10) and my phone (Android), and between my laptop and my Ipad. Holding the phone or ipad to the QR-code on the laptop-screen gives an error (it just says that something went wrong during the synchronization). I tried manual sync with my phone and my laptop does appear in the list of available servers (no other servers). However, when verifying the server in the next step, the 6-digit code on my phone does not match the one on the laptop and is also not changing every 30 seconds as it should. Hello, I have a windows installation of enpass. It is configured to use Dropbox as the primary vault. But instead of using Dropbox as the primary vault, it uses a local vault in the C drive (C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2\LocalState\Vaults\primary) as pointed to by the 'Data Location' in the Advanced tab of Settings. Any changes I make seem to be made against the local vault and not against the dropbox vault. I would like my enpass instance to use the Dropbox vault so that i can access it in my mobile also. When I fist start Enpass on my computer it appears to do an automatic sync with the file on my cloud storage. It does this before opening the database and allowing and showing the contents. The problem is that whenever the computer doesn't have Internet access I have to wait a couple of minutes before the sync times-out and the database opens and allows me to see the entries. It may be a relatively short time, but when you are busy and need information in a hurry it seems like a very long irritating wait. Is it possible to either turn off the auto-sync on startup or have it run in the background so as not to block the opening of the database?

Today I got a new device, it is a surface pro 7. One of the first things I do when I got a new device is installing enpass on it. This time i get an error when I try to restore my data from OneDrive. When I try to authentificate, this error appears: First of all, I thought it was the browser, but i wasn't. I cleared the cache of my web browser. I tried to install enpass in version 6.6.0. Can you help me fixing this error?

Hi, Since Friday my Enpass is not synchronizing with my WebDAV on a QNAP NAS anymore. I have not changed anything. The Enpass Version is still the same and the QNAP NAS still runs on the same firmware with same settings. The only thing that has changed is the renewed letsencrypt certificate which is issued by the new R3 intermediate with ISRG Root X1 authority. I checked if it is a certificate problem by changing the synchronization settings to "ignore SLL certificate verification". Using this setting, the sync was successful. Without this setting it fails with error code "904060". A crosscheck with my browsers on Windows 10, Ubuntu 20.04 and Android shows that every…

Hello, All of a sudden, Enpass 6.7.4 (933) running on Windows 10 cannot sync with my OneDrive account anymore. I click "set up sync," authenticate at login.microsoftonline.com for my OneDrive account, am taken to the "Authorization Finished!" screen where it then redirects back to the Enpass app. But it continually just says it can't verify. I have logged out and in a few times, and I've closed out Enpass completely and reopened. Not sure what else to try. Side note, "credintials" is misspelled in the error message.

Today is THE day : upgrading Enpass to 6.0.0 on all my devices (Linux, Android, Windows) Went fine on Linux & Android : after installation, the first launch of Enpass 6.0.0 detected existing vault, and went through an "upgrade" of the local database, telling me once successfully completed, that all parameters had been reset. I have been using Enpass for a year or so now and have had excellent results with syncing against my personal Owncloud server. I am now interested in deploying Enpass at my workplace for those who wish to leverage a password manager. Obviously, my personal Owncloud instance is not suitable for this purpose. Our company uses Microsoft Office 365 and, as a consequence, OneDrive for Business. Unfortunately it appears that the OneDrive support within Enpass is for the personal version of OneDrive, not OneDrive for Business. Even more unfortunately, Microsoft appears to have disabled WebDAV on OneDrive for Business, so I can't work around this limitation that way. Ar…

enpass sync error 204056 What does this error mean? I am logged into dropbox where my enpass vault is kept on my MacBookPro. To try to fix this, I have disconnected enpass from the vault and am trying to reconnect to it. I have backed up my vault using the enpass app. Under Vault Settings, I select setup Sync. A page at dropbox opens and says enpass would like to access it's folder. I say yes. Then I get a never ending "please wait" message in the enpass app. I've also noticed that the enpass extension icon that used to be visible in my Safari browser is no longer their either. Any ideas or solution would be appreciated.

On my laptop and desktop PC's I set up the vault location to a custom folder in my Google Drive. On the android version however, I cannot select a custom file path, instead it uses a hidden App folder within Drive, which is inaccessible from anything other than the android app. Am I missing something, or is syncing a vault to multiple devices impossible?

I just noticed it today after an update from Microsoft to fix a few bugs from the Tuesday update cycle. Now, I also noticed that the Blink news settings I had were reset. This may be related or not. I read the other OneDrive topic and my eyes crossed. The Windows phone Enpass works fine, but the desktop Enpass refused to sync. I've been switching over from an older password manager that is not being supported anymore, but has still been working for now. So, I was aware when it stopped syncing. Dropbox Sync is not working since beginning of december for android. Reinstalling and forcing sync does not work either. I suspect this is a bug?
