I stopped using Enpass a long time ago and don't intend to renew my subscription. But the subscription renewed automatically. On January 3, 2024, you sent an email informing you about the renewal, OK, but the email for that account is deactivated and I don't usually check it. I signed up to do a full test of the product, but I never intended to subscribe annually. If I had known that when paying with PayPal a recurring charge would be created, I would have canceled it right away. The website to manage subscriptions never opens. I just canceled automatic renewal on PayPal, but I'd like a refund. The order reference is ENP240110-9503-75121B and transaction ID is 8R174127TJ415972V.
