    I finally got it to work! I have version 6.10.3 and use it on an employer laptop that uses Ivanti Secure Access VPN. Using clues from Heynowjerry above, I simply went into settings and under the Advanced tab I found the Disable SSL Pinning checkbox. I checked that box and then went back to the General tab and reinitiated the validation sequence and it was successful! I didn't do any of the other steps he listed.

    add me to the list of disgruntled users that can't use Enpass on a new corporate LT because my employer uses Zscaler
