If not mistaken it used to be possible (till 5.6.0) for the user to manually specify/select the location of the data/backup folder. It is rather incomprehensible why such ability has been removed with v5.6.2 and the locations now being hard-coded in the app? The user should be able without question to choose where to such sensitive date (never mind the encryption) is being stored as opposed to the app dictating it.

Very curious why the threads about FF55+ (x64) and the Enpass WebExtention are being closed and do not permit replies, why it is apparent that there are unresolved issues. The Enpass WebExtention 5.5.0.1 with Enpass core app 5.6.2 on Win 10 x64 (b16299) is not working, as it been reported repeatedly. Statetment like is simply impervious and nonesense. It does not instill user confidence that Enpass is shying away from the certification of the Firefox store and makes one wondering about the real reason. Any other reputable extention is offered through AMO and not suffering from fast delivery of updates.

Enpass made a really fine mess of this, which other such password manager apps did not. The extention is not being updated in Mozilla's Add-on store, instead there is only this 'pre'-release and not apparent development, neither on the extention nor on the core. Wondering whether Enpass is in the process of quitting or selling or something, but not developing. If this is supposed to be a 'pre'-release from end of September then why is there no release in the Add-on store 2.5 months later?

Hi, what is the plan to make it from pre-release to the official AMO repository, considering that FF57 is about to be released?

Perhaps the Solus repo is a bit sluggish to update packages as it currently includes only v5.5.6. Did update though now through the installer and indeed it is working now. N.B. Is it planned to release the WE 5.5.x through the official Mozilla channel anytime soon?
