  1. I first posted regarding this issue on Jan. 22nd: Enpass 5.6.6 (5125) Enpass Extension for Edge 5.5.2 Microsoft Edge 41.16299.15.0 Microdoft Windows 10 Ver. 1709, Build 16299.192 Enpass Settings: The Enable Browser Extensions box is checked, but I have unchecked Verify Browsers. I have noticed that the extension works if I restart Windows. We have two Windows User accounts. Does switching back and forth between users break the connection? Since then, I have discovered the cause of the Connection Error for my Windows setup. This may not help other users. The error occurs when the computer goes into Sleep mode while using another User Account. After I wake up the computer and switch back to my account, the Enpass connection is lost. Simply switching between Users and not going to Sleep does not break the connection. Waking from Sleep mode from my own account does not break the connection. Hopefully, this info can be of some use. -Bruce
