I am on the latest build of Windows 10 and on version 5.3.0.1 when i minimize my enpass window, close it or login the windows and column spacing defaults to a terrible small size. Is there a work around for this? If not, is there something in the road map to fix this in the very near future?

Sorry to hear about trouble. We have fixed this issue in current beta version of Enpass and will be available very soon with the next release. You can get and try out the Beta version as mentioned in the posts below:

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
